Section 1

Brahtak offers transparent cancellation and rescheduling windows designed to protect both patients and clinical specialists:

100% Full Deposit Refund: Full deposit refunded to original payment method when cancelled at least 24 hours prior.
50% Partial Deposit Refund: 50% deposit refund when cancelled between 4 and 24 hours before the session.
Flexible Rescheduling: You may reschedule to another available slot up to 2 hours before the session.

Section 2

Because practitioners reserve exclusive time slots and travel with single-use sterile medical kits, the following terms apply for late cancellations:

Cancellation < 4 Hours: Deposit is forfeited to cover specialist reserved time and travel expenses.
Patient No-Show: If specialist arrives and waits 15 minutes without contact, booking is marked no-show.

Section 3

In the rare event a specialist cannot attend due to an emergency, patients immediately choose one of two options:

Option 1 Instant 100% Refund

Immediate 100% refund of the deposit.

Option 2 Replacement + Courtesy Discount

Immediate replacement specialist with a courtesy discount.
