What does the specialist provide during a home visit?
Our specialist arrives with all necessary clinical equipment and sterile single-use kits tailored to your specific treatment and condition.
What are the session rates and deposit payment methods?
Physical Therapy: 500 EGP (75 EGP deposit), Cupping: 350 EGP (52.5 EGP deposit), Therapeutic Massage: 400 EGP (60 EGP deposit). A 15% deposit is paid online via InstaPay or Smart Wallets, with the remaining 85% paid during the session.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You receive a 100% deposit refund when cancelling at least 24 hours prior, and a 50% refund between 4 and 24 hours before the session.
Are all specialists licensed by the syndicate?
Yes, 100% of our practitioners are licensed by the Egyptian Physical Therapy Syndicate and the Ministry of Health.
